This Rose is a new blend for Torlesse, Sauvignon is the base using a combination of Cabernet and Sauvignon Blanc to achieve the striking colour of rose petal pink . Fresh and fruity, this wine is excellent drinking now. It is an ideal lunch time or anytime wine that has lots of fruit and a hint of sweetness balanced by a clean crisp finish. Not meant to be cellared, drink now with smoked salmon and avocado or any light cuisine when a white wine is not quite enough but a full bodied red will be over the top.
